The Service

Aldyr is an AI-powered home management platform. It helps you track your home's systems, documents, maintenance, and service history through a conversational interface. Aldyr is currently in Early Access and is provided free of charge.

What Aldyr Is and Isn't

Aldyr provides general information and suggestions about home maintenance, troubleshooting, and management. Aldyr is NOT:

• A licensed contractor, inspector, electrician, plumber, or any other certified professional
• A substitute for professional inspections, repairs, or assessments
• A source of guaranteed or warrantied advice

Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your home's structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, gas lines, or any work that could affect safety. Aldyr's suggestions are informational and should be verified by a professional when the situation warrants it.

Real Estate Transactions

Aldyr is a data organization and documentation tool. Records, deficiency logs, maintenance histories, and transfer packages maintained in Aldyr do not constitute legally required seller disclosures under applicable state law and are not a substitute for your state-mandated disclosure obligations.

If you are selling a home, you remain independently responsible for complying with all applicable real estate disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to disclosure of known material defects. The existence of a record in Aldyr does not determine what must or need not be disclosed. You should consult your real estate attorney or agent regarding your disclosure obligations before closing.

Aldyr does not provide legal or real estate advice.

Home records transferred through Aldyr reflect only information that was documented by the homeowner or contributors to the home profile. They do not constitute a complete or comprehensive history of all work, repairs, or conditions affecting the property, and are not equivalent to or a substitute for a professional home inspection or any other form of due diligence.

Buyers who receive a transferred home record should conduct independent due diligence. Aldyr makes no representation that any transferred record is complete, accurate, or current.

Professional Services Disclaimer

Aldyr is not a licensed insurance advisor, adjuster, or broker. Safety checklists, maintenance records, compliance documentation, and any related content provided through Aldyr are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute insurance advice and do not guarantee any particular coverage outcome, claim result, or premium adjustment.

Coverage decisions, premium negotiations, and claim determinations are solely between you and your insurer. You should contact your insurer directly regarding the effect, if any, of documented maintenance on your coverage or premiums.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old to use Aldyr.

Your Content

You own the data you put into Aldyr — your home details, photos, documents, and messages. By uploading content to Aldyr, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, violates someone else's rights, or contains malware.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Aldyr for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Use Aldyr to generate spam or misleading content
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Early Access

Aldyr is currently in Early Access. This means:

• The Service is provided “as is” and may contain bugs or incomplete features
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
• The Service may experience downtime
• We are actively improving the product based on user feedback

Service Availability

We aim to keep Aldyr available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aldyr, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

Aldyr provides home management information and suggestions. We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from actions taken based on information provided by Aldyr. You are responsible for verifying any advice or suggestions with qualified professionals before acting on them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using Aldyr at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting privacy@aldyr.ai.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
